Master of JIT, ERP, and MRP applications-20 years as an IT Director and software development manager for a software company developing Call Centre software. Her main job functions include the employment, training, and management of the support staff that, install, maintain and support the company product(s) as well as the employment, training, and mentoring of software development staff as some of the projects require ad-hock development for systems integration, etc. She is the chief architect responsible for the products and vision the company develops and delivers. Approximately 50% of her time is spent in a software development role. She controls the design, testing, and architectural principles the company uses in design and implementation.
